SquatAlert

Your hourly nudge to keep those legs moving.

SquatAlert sends you a push notification at :45 past every hour — a friendly reminder to drop and do 10 squats before the hour is up. Log your reps, build a streak, and see how you stack up on the community leaderboard. No gym required.

How it works

1
Set your schedule Choose which hours and days you want reminders. Only active during your workday? No problem.
2
Get your alarm at :45 Every hour, on the 45-minute mark, your phone buzzes. Time to squat.
3
Log before :00 You've got 15 minutes. Do your 10 squats and tap the big button before the hour turns.
4
Build your streak Consistency is the game. Check the leaderboard to see where you rank among friends.

Common questions

🔔 Why isn't my notification showing up?
Check that notifications are enabled: iPhone Settings → SquatAlert → Notifications → Allow Notifications. Make sure you're within your active hours too.
🔒 The log button is greyed out
Logging is only unlocked during the 15-minute window after each alarm (:45 to :00). Outside that window, it locks until the next alarm fires.
Can I change my active hours?
Yes — go to the Settings tab and use the wheel pickers to adjust your start and end time. You can also toggle individual days on or off.
🏆 How is the leaderboard ranked?
Rankings are based on your consistency score — the percentage of scheduled alarms you've actually logged. Showing up beats raw squat count.
🗑️ How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your account and all squat history. No data is kept after deletion.
